Nowadays the palace has opened its doors to visitors and taking a wander around the vast halls and sprawling grounds is an experience well worth taking.

For those wanting to delve beneath Majorca and discover its most ancient history, the island boasts an impressive system of vast cave networks. Coves del Drac takes visitors on a trail measuring over one kilometre and takes in amazing stalagmites and stalactites, if you're lucky you may even be treated to some live classical music deep within the chambers of the caves.
